As of Feb. 1, 2008, the Westin is sold out. You may get on a wait list by calling the number below, or you may book at one of our "overflow" hotels. Shuttles will run between the overflow hotels and the Westin.

"Overflow" Hotel: Embassy Suites Paloma Village
This Embassy Suites hotel is located just one mile from the Westin La Paloma. Room rates are $95.00 single or double, $120 triple and $145 quad, plus local sales tax of 12.05%. These rates are good for July 24, 25 and 26. Reservations must be made by June 24 to receive this rate. To make reservations, call 520-352-4000 and mention the UWP reunion.
"Overflow" Hotel: Lodge at Ventana Canyon Lodge at Ventana Canyon (http://www.thelodgeatventanacanyon.com) is a beautiful all-suite hotel located close to the main reunion hotel. Rooms can be reserved at the special reunion rate until June 24 ($99/single-double, $123/triple-quad, plus tax). There is also a resort fee of $24 per room, per night in lieu of cash gratuities for housekeepers, bellmen, valets attendants. Call local Tucson number 520-577-4088 to make reservations. Mention the Up with People reunion to get the special rate. Rates are valid for the nights of July 24, 25 and 26. A shuttle will run back and forth to the Westin.

Reunion rates at Westin La Paloma are $99 single or double, $119 triple or quad (add local sales tax of 12.05%). These rates are good for July 19-August 1, 2008, subject to availability.
Call 1-800-937-8461 to reach the Westin reservations call center. Mention that you are with the UWPIAA reunion to get the special reunion rates. This 800 number works from both the U.S. and Canada. Anyone outside the U.S. and Canada wishing to make their reservations by phone should call 520-742-6000 and ask to be transferred to the reservations call center.
