Reunion 2008 Registration

Who should register for reunion? Anyone who wants to attend the events and meals! We will not be selling individual tickets to events and meals,* so you'll need to register to attend any events or meals. There is no discount for spouses/partners/significant others.
Kids age 6 to 18 who want to participate in Cast K or Cast T must be registered for reunion. Children under the age of 6 are free, but they are not able to be in Cast K. Children who will attend meals and events must be registered, regardless of their age. When you register kids under age 6, they will appear as no cost on your registration summary. *See FAQs regarding tickets to the Era Show.
What does my registration fee pay for?
- Three meals (two buffet dinners and one Continental breakfast), plus snacks and drinks at the Era Reception and one $10 meal voucher for a La Paloma restaurant
- Access to all reunion events: Era Reception, Welcome Back Dance Party, Opening Session, Era Show, Alumni Marketplace, Silent Auction, Guest Speaker
- Extras: Cast photos & cast meetings, Cast K & Cast T for your kids, Era Show rehearsals
- Other: Meeting space, audio-visual and sound systems, lighting, equipment operators, minimal stipends/travel costs for guest speakers and professional staff
What is the last day I can cancel and receive a refund?
- Registrations cancelled by July 14 will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of US$50. Registrations cancelled after July 14 will not receive a refund. You must send an e-mail to uwpiaareunion08@gmail.com by July 14 with your request for a refund. Or send a letter to UWPIAA, PO Box 72, Gardiner, NY 12525 postmarked by July 14.
Registration Fees Registration fees are broken down into three phases, with a price increase for adult registrations at each subsequent phase.
Early Registration ended on May 31.
Advanced Registration ended on June 30.
Late Registration: July 1 - July 25 Adults: $325 Teens age 13-18: $100 Children age 6-12: $75 Children under 6 years: Free
