We promised a cool location - but surprisingly it was pretty hot here in Helsinki, Finland. At around 25°C and pure sunshine for 4 days, this years European Alumni Meeting was a blast. Not only regarding the weather around - also the outcome of this years EAM was very satisfying. After some introductions and presentations the European Alumni Meeting started with workshop sessions for various topics concerning the alumni involvement and alumni network as well as Up with People's development possibilities in Europe (say corporate sponsorship and admissions).
A huge thank you to all attending alumni for being so passionate and successful with working in the workshops. The next step will be to get the essence out of every workshop presentation and to find consolidated ideas on how in detail the Eurpean Alumni can improve their own network and support UWP in Europe.
Also we want to take this chance to thank the Finnish EAM Team for organising such a great EAM - you've been amazing, thank you so much!
